Keyboard troubleshooting (FAQ) Bluetooth keyboard letters messy?
a. Check whether the keyboard language set on the device is English.
b. Disconnect the keyboard Bluetooth, click “Ignore this device”, reopen the Bluetooth keyboard, select system (e.g. Fn+E for iOS), then reconnect.
c. Press the L S Z buttons at the same time to reset the keyboard.
Mouse connection & settings When connecting the mouse for the first time, press the left button, right button and scroll wheel at the same time for about 3–5 seconds.
Scroll direction: USB connector and Bluetooth connection scroll directions are different (USB = same as computer mouse; Bluetooth = opposite).
To change scroll direction on the device: open “General” → “Trackpad & Mouse” → close “Natural Scrolling”.
Input method for different languages Example (Samsung tablet): open “Settings” → “System” → “Language & input” → “Add New Keyboard”.
For other systems, configure in system settings according to on-screen tips (similar to iPad example).
