Where do you ship?
Teglex ships worldwide. We are committed to delivering your order reliably, no matter where you are located.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada & USA: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Asia Pacific: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Are duties and taxes included?
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact our support team at teglex.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability.
📦 Order Issues
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact us at teglex.com@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrived damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing or dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible at teglex.com@gmail.com
My tracking hasn't updated. Is my order lost?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during international transit or customs clearance. If your tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.

What payment methods do you accept?
Teglex accepts all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Teglex does not store your full card details at any point.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can occur for several reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or bank-level fraud prevention. Please verify your details and try again, or contact your bank. You are also welcome to try an alternative payment method.
Do you offer instalment payments?
Shop Pay Instalments may be available at checkout depending on your location and order value. Eligible customers will see this option during the payment step.
