Free Shipping Teglex offers free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Teglex ships globally. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Teglex is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Packages Teglex is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 2 business days and check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us at teglex.com@gmail.com.
