I recommend this item. I love them so much, i have all three colors. My pants fit so much better. There are like bra buckles down there, a panty liner works well so it dont bother u. The only thing is that it seems to take a while to get here. A week and a half to 2 weeks but its worth it to me. Try it out ladies. It comes well packaged.
