Refund Policy
All refund requests are subject to a 16% handling fee, which is deducted from the amount refunded. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and processing fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact our team within 30 days of delivery at teglex.com@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, less the fees described above.
Chargeback Policy
Filing a payment chargeback is a violation of this policy. Chargebacks will not be paid or reimbursed under any circumstances, and customers who initiate one forfeit all eligibility for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
